For more than 60 years, Delavan fuel nozzles have been at the forefront of the industry and are the most widely used burner fuel nozzles in the market. If you’re using a hot water pressure washer, chances are good it’s got a Delavan fuel nozzle that was installed during manufacturing.
Fuel nozzles have one primary function: to atomize diesel fuel. But what does that mean? Atomizing the fuel simply means to turn it into tiny droplets, which are sprayed into the combustion chamber, mixed with air, and ignited by a spark created by the electrodes. This process creates continuous hot water, for efficient high-pressure cleaning of heavy equipment, vehicles, tractor-trailer trucks and so much more.
We stock a complete line of Delavan replacement fuel nozzles in a wide range of sizes: 60, 70, 80, and 90 degrees. All nozzles are available in either hollow-cone (Type A) or solid-cone (Type B).
To ensure that your burner system performs properly, it is most important to use the size and type of fuel nozzle recommended by your equipment manufacturer. If you are uncertain which to choose, call us. We’re always happy to help!
