Many Landa hot water pressure washers utilize an Adjustable Flow Thru Thermostat, Part # 8.904-555.0 for temperature control.

This 8.700-501.0 fenwall switch is the internal mechanism of those adjustable thermostats, and often times is the only item necessary for replacement, as opposed to replacing the entire thermostat.
