Hydro excavation, also known as potholing or daylighting, uses high-pressure water instead of mechanical digging to safely expose underground utilities, pipes, and cables without the risk of damage. Because standard pressure washer components aren’t built for the demands of this application, we carry a dedicated lineup of guns, nozzles, wands, couplers, and fittings designed specifically for hydro excavation work.
Our selection includes heavy-duty hydro excavation trigger guns, rotating nozzles like the Ripsaw, which spins a straight water stream into an 18-degree cone pattern to break up soil quickly while staying safe to use around buried utility lines, plated steel excavation wands, and stainless steel quick couplers and fittings for reliable high-pressure connections. Repair kits are also available to keep your existing hydro excavation gear running.
